Once a program or activity is done, evaluating and reporting your progress immediately is non-negotiable—we shouldn't wait until the end of the term. A few key points: Weekly reporting: Keeping a consistent weekly report helps track real progress, identify challenges early, and stay on top of our work. Truthful and honest reporting: Integrity in reporting build deep trust with students, principals, and parents. Honesty in our work is what builds a strong, long-term career as a facilitator. Reporting isn't just paperwork—it’s how we show accountability and build lasting credibility in the community!
