I also realized how crucial hands-on practice is; when we "let them do it," participants gain the real confidence needed to apply these concepts in their daily lives. Above all, integrity and punctuality are the foundation of good facilitation. Being punctual shows respect for our learners' time, while maintaining integrity builds the deep trust required to make a lasting impact in our communities. Excited to put these into practice!
It's important to connect with the children according to there pace of learning and in there simplest words to understand.
