A summary of what I have learnt from the topic of good governance is that one that leads by example in times of conflict resolution, decision making and and it's main objective is to protect the pool and serve people .In this context the power belongs to the users and not to the investors.Therefore.its every member duty to act right when in the body for them to bring about that perfect governance.
Cooperative governance is the system of rules, practices, and processes by which a member-owned organization is directed, controlled, and managed.
