From: Zambia 🇿🇲 Cohort: 36 Summary During the lesson i learnt, the importance of cooperative strategic growth, where it involves inclusiveness in digital Literacy by all members, need for green finance ad it benefits both the economy and ecosystems, the need to diversify funds to create multiple streams of income. Moreover, it involves measuring the rate of investment returns, to track down how much will the cooperative return im a certain period of time, the need to invest in women and youths. As when you invest in youth you invest in future cooperative leader and in women you invest in generations. However, internal audits creates room for millions dollars funding from external organizations, and i should be led by data driven from markets on the investments. In conclusion, all this requires actively engaging with the internal teams being transparent and accountable, before external enagements.
