Summary of What I Learned:
The lesson on Cooperative Principles helped me understand the values and principles that guide successful cooperatives. I learned that cooperatives are member-owned and democratically controlled organisations that exist to meet the economic and social needs of their members.
The lesson covered the seven cooperative principles, including voluntary and open membership, democratic member control, member economic participation, autonomy and independence, education and training, cooperation among cooperatives, and concern for the community. These principles promote transparency, accountability, inclusiveness, and sustainable development.
I also learned that applying these principles helps build strong, trustworthy, and successful cooperatives that improve members' livelihoods and contribute to community development. This knowledge will help me support cooperative growth and promote financial inclusion in the communities I serve.

Moreover, i learned principles in voluntary membership, democracy control, member economics participation, autonomy and independence principle, education and training, cooperation among cooperatives, concern for Community, all in all it signified the need to work in one voice, fair distribution of profits, education and training to member to encounter fraud and other financial risks, balanced committee which includes both genders, youths participation, as they bring new idead and technology, work as a global cooperative, abide by Government principles and not to be manipulated by outside forces.
i have leaned that there are different roles of general assembly such includes: 1. supervisor, 2. financial discipline, 3. manage difficult risks, 4. digital transformation, 5. overcome government pitfalls, 6. measure the cooperative impact

From todays modules and lessons,I have learnt that cooperatives is one body that aims at achieving one objective and every member is supposed to participate and contribute to the community project such if one decides not act according to the set objectives then he or she's expected to voluntarily exit the group or society hence the ,term one member one voice .This is because there's democracy in it that everyone can act according to how they feel about it .
