This idea that banking is now an action rather than a place really matches what I have seen in my own life. Running Mwelwa's Beauty Heaven, I rely on digital financial services daily, from receiving payments to managing my own savings, all without ever needing to step into a bank. My research in Chalala Township also showed how much this shift has changed everyday life for people who previously had to travel long distances just to access basic financial services. It's a good reminder of how far reaching this evolution has been.
