    Module Reflection

Through this module, I have noted that it is both commendable and essential to maintain professional relationships with participants and to refrain from exploiting their financial vulnerabilities for personal gain. This ethical stance is foundational to building trust and ensuring that coaching engagements remain client-centred. Professional relationships require clear boundaries, objectivity, and an unwavering commitment to the client’s financial well-being rather than the coach’s interests. Coaches must avoid circumstances that could give rise to conflicts of interest and must not use privileged financial information for personal advantage. Upholding these standards protects client dignity, strengthens the credibility of the coaching profession, and creates an environment in which participants can engage openly without fear of manipulation or harm.
