Today's session really showed me how powerful peer-to-peer learning can be. When we set up clubs, students inspire each other and start applying financial integrity to their everyday lives.
A few main things that stood out to me today:
Look beyond the school gate: Our teaching shouldn't end in the classroom. Organizing parent sessions or market campaigns helps take these financial lessons right into the community and local households.
Structure gives direction: Having a clear lesson plan means you always know where you're starting from and where you're trying to go with your learners.
Integrate & adapt: Financial literacy can be mixed into almost any subject, but as facilitators, we have to stay adaptable to the needs of the group.
