From this topic I have learnt a number of things of which one of it is that every group assets must be registered with the aim of securing the legal ownership and these owned groups include the land , building and some commercial investments. I have also learnt that in every organisation there should gender balance since gender equality compliance unlock full community productivity.

Moreover, the cooperative musr abide by to labour and employment laws. Environmental and social governance, it must be inclusive, youths and minor participation, i must abide by KYC before registration to certify and verify member details and cooperatives structure, legal actions must first be done internally before externally, a constitution must be well articulated and openess must be followed to keep everyone on track, digital banking must prevent fraud and protect privacy and data, for members.
